This Trick Works on all Microsoft platforms (Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, XP, and more).

How this trick works:

First, download the text (Welcome Greeting.txt) file below the Download button.
then open that text file like Windows notepad, Sublime, text Editor, and more

now change the "Type your Text" to you like thing for example "Hello, technical boy"

then click the File option in your Text editor and click the save as option or press the Ctrl + Shift + S on your keyboard.

then change the file extension on .txt to .vbs and set the file type as all files
save the file

now created the "Welcome Greeting.vbs" on your PC

then right-click the "Welcome Greeting.vbs" then select the cut option or press Ctrl + X on your keyboard.
now open the run command (press Windows logo key + R).

then type shell:startup and enter that
